Once you have paid a bail bondsman’s fees, there will be no further charges. FALSE – if you or the person you are providing bail for appears in court as required, there will be no further charges. However, if you or the defendant fails to appear, the court will keep the entire amount and we will have to collect it from you or the person who co-signed for you.
